Payment and Subscription Services

Disclaimer of Warranties

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to GOV-GPT at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under this Agreement will end, and you must cease all use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Illinois.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GOV-GPT and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of GOV-GPT or your violation of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
